Slee Automation provides search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) services, including but not limited to:

  • Technical SEO audits and implementation
  • Content strategy and optimization
  • AI citation optimization
  • Schema markup implementation
  • Automated content creation and publishing
  • Search visibility monitoring and reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Grant necessary access to your website and platforms as required
  • Review and approve content before publication when requested
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Pay for services according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Results Disclaimer

While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results such as:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Exact traffic increases
  • AI citation placements
  • Revenue or lead generation numbers

Search algorithms and AI systems are controlled by third parties and subject to change. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content created for your website belongs to you upon full payment
  • Our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies remain our property
  • We may use your project as a case study with your permission
  • You retain ownership of your existing content and brand assets

7. Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slee Automation shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damages arising from third-party actions (search engines, AI platforms)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
  • We may terminate immediately for non-payment or violation of terms
  • Upon termination, you will receive all work completed to date
  • Outstanding payments remain due upon termination

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
