By accessing or using sleestudio.com or sleeautomation.com (the "Service"), operated by Slee Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

Our Service uses the YouTube API Services provided by Google LLC. By using any features of the Service that access or display YouTube content or data, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You also acknowledge that your use of YouTube API Services through our platform is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google security settings.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to violate the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube's API Services Terms of Service

4. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Slee Automation. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Slee Automation. Content you create using the Service (scripts, thumbnails, brand profiles) remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Content and data surfaced through YouTube API Services are provided for informational purposes and reflect data available through YouTube's public API at the time of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slee Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
